Delivery Terms

1. Digital delivery

Hermes is not a physical product. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, so there is no shipping charge. Delivery is completed digitally by providing access to the Windows or macOS installer and preparing a license corresponding to the number of devices purchased.

2. Delivery time and channel

When PayTR reports a successful card payment, a personal download invitation valid for six hours is sent automatically to the email address you confirmed twice on the purchase page. For EFT/bank transfer payments, the invitation is sent after the administrator confirms the bank transaction. After your “Request license” record is submitted through the application, a signed license corresponding to the purchased device limit is prepared within no more than two business days.

3. Buyer review

An accurate email address at checkout is necessary for delivery. If payment succeeds but the download invitation does not arrive, check your junk or spam folder and email info@hermesastroloji.com with your transaction reference. Never send card details by email; if invoice information needs correction, request support with your transaction reference.

4. Technical problem

Support is provided if the installer link or license does not work for a technical reason. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, the consumer’s statutory remedies for defective goods or services and the Cancellation & Refund Terms apply.
