2. Main characteristics of the product

Hermes is a one-time license for professional astrology software offered for Windows 10/11 and macOS computers. Each license is valid only on the device on which it is activated; a different or second device requires a separate license. Updates released for the same device are included. Android, iPhone and iPad versions will be offered later. Cross-device data synchronization is not included in the program license; when released, it will be subject to separate subscription terms. The product is delivered as an intangible digital product; there is no physical shipping.

3. Price including taxes

EFT/bank transfer: TRY 8,500 for one device; an additional TRY 3,000 for a second-device license; TRY 11,500 in total for two devices.
Single card payment: the amount calculated automatically on the purchase page from the target bank transfer amount and PayTR’s current merchant single-payment rate.
Installments: the final total according to your card and selected payment term is displayed on the PayTR payment page. The order is completed after you approve that total.

4. Payment, delivery and additional costs

Card payments are made on PayTR’s secure payment page; EFT/bank transfers are made to the bank account specified by the seller. There is no shipping charge because delivery is digital. When a successful card payment is reported, a personal download invitation valid for six hours is sent automatically to the email address you confirmed on the purchase page. After your “Request license” record is submitted through the application, a signed license corresponding to the purchased device limit is prepared within no more than two business days.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

As a general rule, a consumer may withdraw within 14 days after the contract is formed. An exception under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation may apply to digital content or a license whose performance began electronically with your express consent and which has been delivered to you. You may request cancellation before the license and download access are delivered. Your statutory rights concerning a defective service remain reserved.

6. Requests and disputes

Send cancellation requests, support requests or complaints to info@hermesastroloji.com. Subject to current monetary thresholds, the appropriate Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the consumer’s residence or place of transaction has jurisdiction.
