Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

Under Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 · Effective: 11 August 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed on this website is Özgür Erdoğan Key Teknoloji Danışmanlık Yazılım Hizmetleri, established at Menteş Mah. 2584. Sokak No: 1/1 Yenişehir/Mersin. You may send your requests to info@hermesastroloji.com.

2. What data we process

Contact and support: your name, contact details and message content that you share when using the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
Purchases, licensing and delivery: the name, email, phone and license information you provide to establish the contract, match the payment record, provide download access, prepare the license and offer support.
Payment reconciliation: the selected license plan, amount, currency, PayTR transaction reference, payment type, status and transaction time.
Legal records: information obtained as required by invoicing and accounting legislation, only for the mandatory period and scope.

Payment and invoice privacy: before payment, the Hermes purchase page collects your full name, email, phone, invoice type, Turkish identity number (TCKN) or tax number (VKN), business name and tax office where applicable, and billing address for delivery and invoicing. Card number, expiry date and CVV are entered directly on the secure PayTR page; they do not pass through the Hermes/Vercel application.

3. Purpose and legal reasons

Establishing and performing the contract, reconciling payments, issuing licenses and providing digital delivery — KVKK Article 5(2)(c).
Keeping invoice, accounting and consumer transaction records to meet legal obligations — KVKK Article 5(2)(ç).
Managing requests, support and disputes to establish or exercise a right and for legitimate interests — KVKK Article 5(2)(e) and (f).

4. Transfer

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. As needed to provide the service, data may be shared with payment provider PayTR, email and hosting providers, our financial adviser and, where legally required, authorized authorities. Each provider processes data within its own role and privacy terms.

5. Storage and security

Records are kept for the period required by their purpose and applicable law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Data minimization in checkout reduces exposure of card data. Transfers use HTTPS and administrative access is restricted.

6. Your Rights

To exercise your rights under KVKK Article 11, including access, correction, deletion or destruction, information about recipients, objection to automated decisions and compensation for damages, contact info@hermesastroloji.com. Requests are answered within the statutory period.
