Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Before delivery

Before download access and the license are delivered, you may request cancellation by emailing info@hermesastroloji.com with your transaction reference. An approved cancellation is refunded in full.

2. After digital delivery

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, an exception to the withdrawal right applies to intangible products whose performance began electronically with your express consent and that have been delivered. This exception does not remove the statutory rights that apply if the program is defective, including free repair, a price reduction, withdrawal from the contract and other mandatory statutory rights.

3. Technical problem

If a documented technical issue prevents the program from working, support and a fix are provided first. If it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the appropriate statutory remedy applies.

4. Refund method and timing

Send your request to info@hermesastroloji.com with the PayTR transaction reference or bank transfer description. Do not send your card number or identity document. An approved amount is refunded using a method appropriate to the original payment instrument within 14 days at the latest. The time a bank takes to credit the account may vary.
