Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Özgür Erdoğan Key Teknoloji Danışmanlık Yazılım Hizmetleri — Menteş Mah. 2584. Sokak No: 1/1 Yenişehir/Mersin — Tax office: Mersin İstiklal Vergi Dairesi — Tax number: 350 015 5432 — info@hermesastroloji.com. Buyer: the person or organization that provides delivery, contact and invoice information on the Hermes purchase page and completes the order through PayTR or EFT/bank transfer.

2. Subject and product

This agreement sets out the parties’ rights and obligations for the sale, payment and delivery of the Hermes Astrology Program digital license for one or two devices selected at checkout. A separate license is issued for each device; one license cannot be shared between devices. Cross-device data synchronization is outside this license and will be offered later under separate subscription terms.

3. Price and Payment

The bank transfer price including tax is ₺8,500 for one device, an additional ₺3,000 for a second device, and ₺11,500 in total for two devices. The one-time card payment price is calculated using PayTR’s current merchant rate and displayed at checkout. For installments, the card issuer and term may change the total shown by PayTR. The final amount approved by the buyer on PayTR is the order price. Card details are not entered on Hermes servers.

4. Formation of the agreement and delivery

The contract is established when the buyer accepts the precontractual information and agreement terms and completes payment. The product is delivered digitally only; there is no shipping. When a successful card payment is reported, a six-hour download invitation is sent automatically to the confirmed email address. The signed license is prepared within no more than two business days after the “Request license” record is submitted through the application.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, the buyer may withdraw within 14 days. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation, an exception to the withdrawal right applies to intangible products whose performance began electronically with the buyer’s express consent and that have been delivered. Cancellation requests are accepted before digital delivery is complete. Mandatory statutory rights concerning defective goods or services remain reserved.

6. Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds use a method appropriate to the original payment instrument and are completed within the statutory period. Subject to the current monetary thresholds, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer’s residence or place of transaction have jurisdiction.
